Community-focused service delivery is part of Support, Inc.'s vision of providing individualized services. It includes significant members of the community. Parents, family members, friends, associates from work, church, and local neighborhoods all play a part in the planning and delivery of comprehensive, coordinated services.

We handle the various and complex pieces that go into having a successful placement. Problem solving is our primary job. We assist and empower individuals to be as  independent as possible.

Benefits Administration

We review existing benefits to ensure continued eligibility and utilization of all appropriate public assistance. We will help with reporting wages to Social Security and the respective county as well as monitor and maintain eligibility for Medicaid and/or Medicare, and SSA Disability. Our Benefits Specialist connects individuals to the appropriate Medicare prescription plans and assists with all prescription issues.  

Nursing Services

Nursing Services are available to assist any individual who has a medical need. Nurses provide health counseling and education, and nursing assistance. They also obtain or clarify medical information and coordinate access to community medical services. The nursing staff, along with our Program Coordinators, coordinate evaluations and/or consultations by physical therapists, occupational therapists, adaptive technologists, and physicians.

Behavioral Health and Support

 Support, Inc. uses a network of approved psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinical therapists to meet the mental health and behavioral needs of our consumers.  Our network of providers assists in the evaluation and regulation of current medication, as well as assisting with current symptoms for our consumers.  We sponsor a Psych Clinic to meet the mental health needs of our Denver area consumers.  Our team model welcomes Host Home Providers as well as family members of the consumer to share techniques that best support our consumers and to answers any questions about medications and their side effects.  We also have a Behavioral Team here at Support that helps identify ways to modify behaviors through the use of positive behavioral supports in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team’s goals for that person.

Positive Behavioral Supports

Our Behavioral Services Department provides ongoing consultation and support to any of Support, Inc.'s consumers. The team's focus is on positive interventions that use the individual's strengths as well as the strengths of the environment that include host home providers, family, and friends.
