Community Support Specialist 

Summary

Provides support to developmentally disabled persons, adapting integration techniques in the community and methods of instruction, guidance and support in meeting individual needs. This occurs in a day program setting where individuals served spend part of their time at the facility and the balance of their day in the community in activities.

Salary

Non-exempt, $11/hour plus full benefit package (health insurance, dental insurance, disability, vacation/sick).

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
