Employee of the Month

Please join us as we congratulate Joe on becoming Employee of the Month! We are so proud of Joe and his accomplishments at Walmart. We’re also thrilled to highlight Linda and Scotty’s work with Joe as his Host Home Provider!

Sapp, age 42, has mild intellectual disabilities and has chosen to live in a Support, Inc. host home environment where he gets the help and assistance he need to lead a healthy, safe and full life. Support, Inc. – a leading provider of community-based solutions for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities – served a match maker bringing Joe together with host home providers, Linda and Scotty Cummins.

Sapp works at Walmart in Colorado Springs as a day associate. Scotty and Linda both are proud to serve as his job coaches. “I love my job working at Walmart,” says Sapp. “I clean the store, push the broom and pick up trash. I am proud of all the work I do to keep the store clean for customers. One of my favorite parts of the job is visiting with other employees.”
