Pueblo Community Resources

Pueblo Community Resources has served Pueblo and the surrounding communities for nearly 30 years, providing residential, day and supported employment services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on the Supported Living Services (SLS) and Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waivers.

Our team works with each individual and family we serve – carefully considering their needs – to provide the best residential environment for everyone involved. Our residential services and programs include host home, family caregivers and independent apartment living.

Through our day service program, we provide many opportunities for individual and group social activities, life skills development, work experience and individual support through our programs and community partnerships.

As a member of Support, Inc. Network, Pueblo Community Resources receives added resources and administrative support, which allows the team to maintain its local presence and continue to offer the highest level of services to the communities it serves.
