This collaboration ensures accurate, streamlined medication management supported by technology and clinical oversight.

Key features include monthly medication cycle delivery, a color-coded medication administration system, next-business-day home delivery at no charge, same-day coordination with local pharmacies when needed, Therap EMAR integration, online portal and mobile app access, medication monitoring reminders, 24/7 pharmacist availability, and nurse review of all onboarded medication orders. These services simplify administration, increase safety, and reduce out-of-pocket expenses whenever possible.

Our Bold Adventures Creating Possibilities and Challenges (BACPAC) Program expands life beyond routine supports.
