Learn, Understand and Navigate with Confidence

Our educational webinars are designed to provide individuals, families and caregivers with clear, practical information on topics that matter most. From understanding services and supports to navigating systems and building skills, each webinar offers insights you can apply in everyday life.

Per the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) website, the developmental disability waiver offers benefits that you can qualify.

To qualify:

  • You must be determined to have a developmental disability
  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must require access to services and supports 24 hours a day.

Benefits and services can vary from person to person. For more information on the DD Waiver or to learn about day services available for individuals on the Supported Living Services (SLS) Waiver, please contact our intake team at info@supportinc.com.

Each county has a Single Entry Point, which is also known as the Case Management Agency. You will contact the CMA’s intake team to get started with services. The DD Waiver is the only waiver in the state of Colorado with a wait list. To learn more about how to get on the wait list, please follow this link to locate your county’s CMA. Then follow the instructions on their website to schedule a meeting with their intake team.

Once approval for the DD, SLS and CES Waivers has been secured, Support, Inc. Network, as the Program Approved Service Agency, can dive in to help with services.

Again, please do not hesitate to contact us prior if you need help reaching someone at the Case Management Agency. We are more than willing to help get you connected to case management, but we cannot provide DD Waiver services until the waiver has been secured.

The State of Colorado offers Home and Community Based Services Waivers to those who qualify. Six waivers support adults over the age of 18 and three waivers provide support for infants and children. Support, Inc. Network works with adults on the Developmental Disabilities Waiver and also serves adults on the Supported Living Services Waiver needing day services. Please see the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Finance website for more information on the Home Community Based Services Waivers.

Support Inc. Network offers residential services, behavioral/clinical services, day services, benefits information, nurse team supports and the BACPAC program (link to the BACPAC program page). We provide services and support for individuals on the Children’s Extensive Support (CES), Supported Living Services (SLS) and Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waivers.
