Personalized Independent Living Support

From there, we help identify and secure an apartment that meets your unique needs — including location, accessibility, and physical layout — ensuring it feels safe, comfortable, and truly your own. If you're already living in an apartment you're happy with, we can provide support to help you stay there, including assistance with lease transitions and utility management.
